Printing / Postage Information
At The Lift, we’re a design and branding company, not a print factory.
To provide a true one stop solution, we work with a range of trusted trade printers across Australia to handle printing and delivery.
This allows us to offer better quality, better turnaround options, and the right print method for each product, instead of a one size fits all approach.
How Printing Works
Once your design is complete, we’ll send you a final proof for approval.
It’s important that all details are carefully checked at this stage, including:
- Business name
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
- Spelling & Layout
Once the final proof is approved, we submit your artwork to the printer as is.
Any errors approved in the final proof are not the responsibility of TheLift.
Print Quality
We only work with professional trade printers that we’ve used for many years.
All printers we partner with:
- Use high quality materials and finishes
- Produce consistent, professional results
- Specialise in trade and commercial printing
Different products may be printed by different suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for that item.
Postage & Delivery
Printing and postage are handled directly by our print partners.
Because we use multiple printers:

Postage times can vary depending on the product and supplier
- Some items may arrive separately if ordered together
Once your order has been printed and dispatched, we’ll update you with tracking details where available.
Shipping Issues
If there are any issues with shipping or delivery, contact us directly.
We’ll liaise with the printer and courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Print Issues or Faults
If you receive printed items with a genuine print fault or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll:
- Review the issue
- Communicate with the printer
- Help resolve it in line with the printer’s policies
We handle this process for you, you don’t need to chase printers or suppliers yourself.
Our Role
- We handle design, file preparation, and print submission
- Our print partners handle production and delivery
- We remain your point of contact throughout the process
This setup allows us to deliver professional design and quality printing without cutting corners or locking you into a single supplier.
Important Note
Once a final design proof is approved and sent to print, changes cannot be made.
If you’re unsure about anything in your proof, ask questions before approving - we’re always happy to double check details with you.
