Refund Policy

At The Lift, we put a lot of care and time into every project we work on. Because our services and products are custom and created specifically for each business, refunds aren’t always possible.

We believe in being upfront about this from the start.

Services (Design, Branding, Websites, Google Setup)

All services provided by The Lift are non refundable once work has commenced.

This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Logo design and branding work
  • Website design and development
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Digital assets and design services

Once time, planning, and creative work has begun, the service cannot be reversed or reused, which is why refunds aren’t offered for services already delivered or in progress.

That said, we don’t rush jobs or lock things in without your approval. We work collaboratively, allow revisions where outlined, and aim to make sure you’re happy with the outcome before moving forward.

Printed Products

Printed items are non refundable once the final design proof has been approved and sent to print.

This includes products such as:

  • Business cards

    • Flyers

    • Magnets
    • Stickers
    • Corflutes and signage

    Because all print work is produced to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or changes after approval.

    👉 It’s important that all details (spelling, contact information, layout) are carefully checked before approving the final proof.

    Faulty or Damaged Prints

    If you receive printed items with a genuine printing fault or damage, please contact us as soon as possible.

    We’ll:

    • Review the issue

    • Liaise with the printer on your behalf

    • Help resolve the matter in line with the printer’s policies

    Each case is handled individually and fairly.

    Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind once work has started or print has been approved.
