Once you get started, we’ll reach out via email to gather the required details.
If needed, we can schedule a short call to:
- Explain your options
- Confirm how many email addresses you need
- Walk through anything you’re unsure about
As part of the setup, we’ll also need to secure payment details for your domain and email services so accounts can be created and activated correctly. These charges are billed directly by the provider.
Once all details and payment information are confirmed, we take care of the setup and let you know once everything is ready to use.

Google or Microsoft?
We can set up your business email using Google Workspace or Microsoft (Outlook).
Both platforms are reliable, secure, and widely used - there’s no “right” or “wrong” option.
The best choice is usually the one you’re already familiar with:
- If you’re used to Gmail, Google Workspace will feel natural
- If you already use Outlook or Microsoft products, Microsoft is often the better fit
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend an option based on how you work day to day.
Either way, your email will be set up professionally and correctly.
